Elixir is a high energy dance band and caller combination that blends superb calling, driving fiddle and guitar playing, and the rich texture and rhythmic excitement of a full horn section. Elixir performs tightly crafted music drawing on a wide range of styles and evoking a variety of moods. Elegant melodies evolve into raucous dixieland horn riffs; transcendent harmonies, playful improvisations, and rock, swing and reggae-inspired rhythms weave in and out of traditional and original Irish, French Canadian and New England tunes. Elixir plays for dances, festivals, camps, weddings and other events, with a repertoire that includes music for contra, square, English and swing dancing; waltzing; couples dancing; and concert programs.

Cost Entire Weekend:
Adults (13 and up, not Student): $85
Students Jr High and up: $45
Children 12 and under: $35
CDSS Members: $5 discount
Early Registration: $10 discount (before April 1)

Partial attendance:
Adults: Friday Night = $20, Sat Day (includes lunch) = $30, Sat Night = $20, Sun (includes brunch) = $20
Children 12 and under and Students Jr High and up = half price.
Registration Pre-Registration is not required, but is appreciated.

Walk-ins for any/all sessions are warmly welcomed.
Just show up and pay and we'll be glad to let you dance.
Saturday Lunch will NOT be provided for walk-ins.
FUN RAISER: Best of Show Pageant On Saturday evening, WIDS will feature a chance for you to show off your fanciest dance garment and possibly win a prize at the "Best of Show" Pageant. MEN, enter to show off your wildest, brightest, funnest Shirt, Shorts or Skirt. WOMEN, enter to show off your neatest, prettiest, swingingest Skirt or Dress or outfit. The garments can be new, used or from the thrift store. The only rule: THEY MUST BE MAKING A DEBUT AT AN NTTDS DANCE. Everyone can vote on their favorite (M/F). Contact: Mindy Barrows .
Silent Auction You are invited to donate items for a Silent Auction to be held during the weekend. Bring extra money to participate in the auction!
